  Update: I went back in after waiting in the car for 30 minutes as they asked me to, and I was served by the older lady again, I said to her that I was wondering if the other one is ready to pick up yet and she said back to me "if you had come in with a little bit of patience the first time then you would have gotten both of them in the first place". Keep in mind, THEY TOLD ME TO COME BACK IN 30 MINUTES. I SAT IN MY CAR FOR 30 MINUTES. That is the definition of patience to me. Anyways, she went out the back and retrieved my parcel, checked my ID to the letter, I think she was looking for something to give me more trouble about, but she couldn't, regardless once she handed me back my ID I tried to explain to her my phone call with customer support and how they told me that I should be able to collect it, she just cut me off and told me that they don't know because they haven't worked in a post office before. She proceeded to be rude and disrespectful towards me and the older man cut her off and told her to stop as "the argument was going nowhere" he then looked at me and said "you have got your parcel mate now leave" so I just shook my head as I put my license away and said "it's just disrespectful" and she cut me off by saying "YOU'RE THE ONE THAT IS DISRESPECTFUL" and as I was walking out the older man said to me "Keep walking mate your have got your parcel"

  Appalling service from the face of Australia's postal service. I hope their regional manager finds the time to chase this up.

  I also received a follow up call from the StarTrack, the man had spoken to his supervisor and advised me that once the parcel is scanned in they are not legally allowed to withhold the parcel unless they believe some kind of fraud is in play, which they obviously did not.

  I understand sometimes people can have a bad day but when you work in customer service you leave all of that stuff at home and talk to people with respect. I was absolutely polite and respectful to the lady and man in the Narangba LPO the entire time and the lady was anything but helpful. Just rude and disrespectful.

  Friendly local post office. Can get busy but the staff are very helpful.

  Incredibly rude. I was waiting on a parcel, somehow missed the delivery, the collection card said 4.00pm. I received a SMS from star trek saying it was available around 10:30am, checked the tracking for both and confirmed they were awaiting collection at Narangba LPO. Drove down here only to be spoken to rudely by an older lady whom I assume is the owner. She told me "I don't care what your text message says the card says 4." I went back and sat in the car and called Australia post 13 number to see if there was some mixup and the gentleman told me the parcels were both scanned in and awaiting collection, he then offered to, if I would like, stay in the phone while I go back in and try again to collect my mail. I went back in and was served by an older man and he was able to give me one of the parcels in the delivery as she said to him that I have already tried to collect it. I then mentioned to him about the text message and that I had called Australia Post customer support to see if there was a mix up and she cut me off repeating that the card says 4:00pm and that the people at Australia Post customer support would have "never worked in a post office". The man then told me that if I come back in 30 minutes he may have had time to sort through all of them. When I got back to the car I explained to the gentleman on the phone what had happened and he actually heard the whole thing and was incredibly shocked with the way she spoke to me. And now whilst waiting in the car for the other parcel to be sorted (which it should already be) StarTrack calls me to check if I have collected the parcel and I explained the situation to him and he was very shocked with the situation also and advised me that he would check with his supervisor and call me back.

  For a small post office they have a large range of products and the staff do a fantastic job.
