    After terrible service at Caboolture I was determined never to use any Mazda services anywhere ever again. I got a letter about a recalled part and an offer from Mazda Australia to get the part replaced at no cost. So I chose the Narangba branch. Huge difference in service. I was provided a quality loaner vehicle, work was done fast, and when I returned I noticed the service department had even repaired a fault with my door (free of charge). So if you are North Brisbane based, drive the extra kms to Narangba Mazda service department. You will love the standard of customer care. A +
